Book Description
Written by art historian David Clemmer, this book is a survey of early twentieth-century artists who painted the Southwest desert. The book accompanied a museum exhibition of the paintings at the Tucson Museum of Art in May 2004, and a museum exhibition at West Valley Art Museum in March 2004. The recently published Second Edition contains several more artists and an additional 30 images. The works represented in the book are by such world-renown artists as:
